Browser processing
PDF merge, PDF split and JPG to PDF run on your device, so file contents do not enter the website server.
Server processing
Word to PDF and PDF compression use the server. PDF to Word may also use server processing depending on the file and available method.
Automatic cleanup
Temporary files are removed after processing finishes or fails. A scheduled recovery task removes abnormal leftovers.
No file recovery
The website is not long-term storage. Download your result before leaving the page because history cannot restore file contents.
History and accounts
History contains operation details, not file contents. Signed-in users can clear history or delete the account.
Report a problem
If you believe a file was not deleted as described, contact support with the time, tool and message shown, without resending the sensitive file.
