Files and conversion data
Browser-only tools do not send file contents to our server. Server-based tools temporarily process the selected file to return the result. Conversion history may contain filename, tool, page count, status and time, but not long-term file contents.
Account and contact data
Email addresses are used for sign-in, security and account management. Contact requests use the email and message you submit so we can respond.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support sign-in, limits and security. Optional analytics is enabled only after consent and must not receive filenames or file contents.
Retention and deletion
Temporary conversion files are deleted after processing finishes or fails. Account and support records follow the periods described by the site and applicable law.
