Which tools upload files?
Word to PDF and PDF compression use the server. Other tools may run locally; PDF to Word explains the chosen method on the page.
How long are files kept?
Files sent for processing are deleted when the task finishes or fails. Recovery cleanup handles abnormal leftovers.
Who can access a file?
Only the processing service and necessary providers for the selected route can process it.
How do I report a security issue?
Use the contact page and do not attach confidential files, passwords or API keys.
